Add a Beret

Berets are such a great accessory this time of year! Especially for more simple outfits. They add such a classic touch while also keeping your head warm – a win win!

I think the key to wearing one is to not go too cliché (think what Americans tend to think Parisians wear). Adding one to an everyday work or weekend outfit is a good way to wear a beret as just a winter hat and not a costume accessory.

I’ve been wearing my light blue one from a few years ago (and now on sale) with bright sweaters, easy black button ups, and dark or light trousers.
