4 Work Outfit Ideas #01
I wanted to start a fun ongoing Monday series with four work outfit ideas for the work week. I’m always looking for some inspiration for myself so why not share my own!
I like to think of outfit ideas that are simple but not boring. Outfits that express personal style but aren’t over the top. My combination of working in business formal offices in D.C. to media companies in NYC and now tech in San Francisco, has a created a work style that’s a blend of the three: classic, artsy, and practical.
This weeks outfits are a bit more dressed up. Kitten and block heels paired with blazers and trousers. I stuck to a simple color palette of navy, brown, black, and grey. I’ve also been collecting blazers throughout the years my favorites navy one below being from high school but from a classic brand so linked the newer version available.
Mixing and matching the same shirts and shoes also makes for quick weekday looks too. I’ve been wearing this slightly oversized t-shirt in both grey and black at least once a week. I also bought this ribbed polo in both navy and grey which have been super versatile and easy. They’re both perfect for pairing with more dressed up pieces! Plus, they also look great with jeans.

A lot of my clothes are from previous seasons so I try to link the newest option from the same brand. Or a tried and true brand that’s similar. Hope you enjoyed these work outfits!
Thanks for reading!
